METHODS OF PAYMENT

Online payments for all orders can only be completed by using MasterCard, Visa, or American Express cards. Cash on Delivery (COD) payments will be charged an additional fee of AED 10 per order.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order as we deem fit. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. RETURNS

In order to deliver the best-in-class value we do not offer a return policy on any of our Products in normal circumstances. The exception to this rule is in case of physical damage or expiry of any of the Products delivered. Where this is the case, we will issue a refund for the items that are delivered with such physical damage or passed their expiry date.
Any errors of delivery such as missing items or wrong items being delivered will warrant proper exchange or return as special cases.
As described in the Terms, we do not guarantee the satisfaction of any Products sold on our Website, so any satisfaction concern such as if the product appearance does not appeal to you or if you find out that a product does not function as advertised by the manufacturer or us then we are not obligated to accept the return of any such items.
We provide no additional guarantees beyond the manufacturer’s specified guarantees. If you feel unsure of the guarantee or the instructions included with your product, please contact us prior to use so we can help you. All Products have an ingredient description. Note that for some Brands the description is not fully complete and only shows the main Ingredients. We take no responsibility for any hypersensitivity to ingredients in a product or sample. If you are unsure of what a product or sample contains, please message us by clicking the "Speak to a Skin Expert" button on the website. 

DELIVERY POLICY

Our official delivery policy and commitment is based on the expected delivery slot communicated on our Website. We will deliver your order through trusted third party courier services.
For delivery addresses within the UAE, we deliver within 3-7 working days. For delivery addresses within KSA, we deliver within 5-9 working days. For all other delivery addresses outside the UAE, we deliver within 14-21 working days.

Duty & Tax Charges

Failure to pay duty will result in the parcel being returned.
Any courier & additional charges incurred due to this will be deducted from the refund.

We have the right to remove a promotion at any time and without notice. Promotions may be subject to availability.
